I'm Hanna, a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist based in Manchester.

I offer a warm, practical and non-judgemental space where we can make sense of what you are experiencing and identify the patterns that may be keeping difficulties going.

I hold a Master's Degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies. My experience includes working with private clients and supporting Ukrainians affected by war-related trauma through charitable work.

We explore your current difficulties, what matters to you, and agree meaningful goals for therapy.

We develop new perspectives and skills, testing what helps between sessions and reviewing progress together.

Secure video sessions are available to adults across the UK, offering consistent therapy without travel time.

Practical details
  • Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly
  • Evening appointments are available
  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
  • Payment details will be provided after the therapy agreement has been completed and your first session has been arranged

What happens in the initial consultation?+

It is a chance to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions and consider whether working together feels right. There is no pressure to commit.

How many sessions will I need?+

This varies depending on your needs and goals. We will agree an initial plan and review progress regularly, so therapy remains focused and useful.

Is online CBT as effective as meeting in person?+

For many common difficulties, online CBT can be highly effective. The best format is the one that feels accessible, private and sustainable for you.

Is therapy confidential?+

Yes. Confidentiality and its limited safety-related exceptions will be explained clearly before therapy begins, so you can make an informed choice.
